This Policy describes how we treat user information that we collect on Kratu and other sources. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors (“users” of our app and our online customers). By visiting and/or using our website and app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We don’t share any of your personal information with any third party or any individual. All the data is strictly protected under the judicial laws of data protection.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, birth date, city, district, state, pin code, and country. This information is used to create your profile on the app.
We may ask you for your permission to upload photos, videos, and other file formats on the app. This is to enable you to set up your profile picture, make a contribution, upload posts, and send messages on the app.
We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, and Amplitude for collecting information about your usage of the app and website.
We might send you information about new features, communities, wishes, promotions, or products.
We may ask for your permission to sync your contacts with the app. This is to help you discover and connect with your contacts and friends already present on the app.
We might send you SMS or emails about your account to keep you informed and updated.
Account and Personal Data Deletion:
If you want to delete your personal data you can do so by contacting us to delete your user account at any point in time. You can write to us at support@kratuapp.com regarding your account deletion request. In future, we will also provide an option in the app for account deletion.
Only if you are a community admin on Kratu:
Only if you are an admin on Kratu App and also an Admin/Creator of a Youtube Channel, you can choose to connect your YouTube Channel with your Kratu Account, which will allow you to directly post content posted on YouTube to your community on the Kratu app. This requires us to have your permission for using YouTube Channel API on your behalf. You can choose to remove this permission at any time by contacting us at support@kratuapp.com
Only if you are a community admin on Kratu and you wish to use any feature that involves payments on Kratu, you can choose to provide us with your Bank Account details which will allow us to facilitate the payouts to your account.
Jurisdiction:
If you choose to visit the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Policy and the website's terms of use. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
